I think that globalization is a help to Canada's structure. With the technology and trade influences already in the country, globalization is the ultimate step towards the foreign market and other ventures. Canada is already one of the largest oil producing countries, and exports millions of barrels per day. I think that the global aspect of that is impressive. There are negative effects, I'm sure, about relying on trade vs. internal production, but in efforts to cut costs, it makes sense. There are positive effects being on the producing end of resources like oil or gas in the country, considering some half a million job are created just by doing so. I think that overall in the country, both men and women are meeting at equal terms, and are excelling in leadership and in the workplace throughout the country and will continue to do so!
